The House - It's a Desert Dream.
We have a beautiful four bedroom house located adjacent to our hotel compound. It's a great option for groups, and/or for special events, and can easily accommodate up to eight people (or more if you use a roll-away). (Larger groups can also overflow into the hotel, and/or, if you prefer, the house can be completely separated from the hotel and its grounds. It's completely up to you.)
The house features an eat-in kitchen, an extra large great room with abig screen television, wood-burning fireplace, and two sliding glass doors that open out onto the sundeck. There's also a comfortable sunroom, and four spacious bedrooms (all with queen beds, and each with its own television). The house has two full bathrooms, a laundry with washer and dryer, and central heat and air, as well as a desert cooler and ceiling fans in the living room (for those who prefer to open the doors and windows, and enjoy Southern California indoor/outdoor living at its best).
There's no need to bring extra supplies. We provide all linens, including bed linens, blankets, bath towels, and pool towels - even soap, shampoo and lotion. The Kitchen is also fully-equipped, and has dishes, eating utensils, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and more.
The yard and pool area is private and completely walled, with a swimming pool, large stone sundeck, and jacuzzi. Fresh herbs and flowers are planted throughout the property.
The front of the house and the pool/sundeck face the Southwest, providing spectacular views and striking sunsets. The back opens into another lawn, and connects through to the hotel grounds. There is off-street parking.
The house is available for $505.00 per night,** or $3,225.00 per week.** Longer term rentals are also available. Inquire about pricing.
**The Legaleze (Ya gotta have it!): Rates for the house are for up to eight persons. Rates above are “standard” rates. Rates may be higher than “standard” rates on holidays or during special events, or lower than “standard” rates during the Summer season. Rates shown do not include Palm Springs’ room tax (12.5%), optional pool heating ($37 Per Day), or one time cleaning fee of $ 125.00. City of Palm Springs Vacation Home Rental Permit # 46980000.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS: All reservations will be confirmed with a one night deposit (sometimes more in cases of holidays and/or special events). Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. When cancellations are made more than 30 days in advance, the entire deposit (less a $20 processing fee) will be refunded. The entire deposit is nonrefundable when cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
